Easter Egg Hunt Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: The Easter Egg Hunt ("Competition") is open to all individuals, except employees of Cotton Club Crafts and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Competition.
2. Competition Period: The Competition begins on the date of the first clue release and ends at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, 2nd April 2024. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter: Participants must find the seven (7) Easter eggs hidden on the Cotton Club Crafts website. Each egg contains a letter. Participants must collect all seven letters to spell a word and email their answer to comp@cottonclubcrafts.com. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.
4. Prizes: There will be three (3) winners, who will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries. The prize details will be announced on our Facebook group and communicated to the winners by email. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be chosen at random among all correct and complete entries received. The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. Privacy: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
7. Competition Rules: Please do NOT post answers on Facebook or any public forums. Clues will be given throughout the competition period over the weekend to aid in finding the Easter eggs.
8. Liability: Cotton Club Crafts will not be liable for any entries that are not received for whatever reason, nor shall they be liable for any person’s inability to participate in the Competition, any damage or loss arising from the prize or the publication of or participation in the Competition.
9. Amendments: Cotton Club Crafts reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Cotton Club Crafts' control.
10. Disputes: Any disputes relating to the Competition or these terms and conditions will be resolved by Cotton Club Crafts, and their decision will be final and binding.
11. Acceptance of Terms: By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. Jurisdiction: The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law.
