We know how exciting it is waiting for your next project to arrive, so we do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible!

Free UK Shipping

We’re happy to offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £40.
This will automatically apply at checkout – no code needed. Free delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Paid Delivery Options

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.50
For orders under £40
Delivered in 2–3 working days after dispatch

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.50
Delivered in 1–2 working days after dispatch
Fully tracked and recommended if you need it quickly or for peace of mind


Royal Mail Delivery Aims

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days after dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Please note: while Royal Mail usually delivers within these timeframes, occasional delays can happen that are outside our control. We’ll always do our best to ensure your parcel is dispatched promptly, but once it’s with the courier, delivery times may vary slightly.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of payment, unless stated otherwise under the “Add to Cart” button.

Some kits are sent directly from our suppliers and may take a little longer – the estimated dispatch time is shown on each product page.

To help you plan your stitching time, here are our typical dispatch times:

  • Bothy Threads: 1–3 working days

  • Dimensions: 3–5 working days

  • Vervaco / Lanarte: 3–5 working days

  • Heritage Crafts: 3–5 working days

  • Luca-s: 7-10 working days 

These times are estimates and can occasionally be a little quicker or slower.
If a delay occurs, we’ll always get in touch to let you know.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

 

Europe & the Rest of the World

At the moment, we’re only able to deliver within the UK through our website.

If you’re outside the UK, don’t worry — you can still shop with us through our eBay store, which uses the eBay Global Shipping Programme for international orders.
