Spring Quiz - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Spring Quiz (the "Quiz") is open to members of our Facebook group only. Participants must be aged 18 years or over. Employees of the organizing entity, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the Quiz or helping to set up the Quiz shall not be permitted to enter.

2. Quiz Duration: The Quiz begins on the specified Saturday and ends on the following Sunday. After this date, no further entries to the Quiz will be permitted.

3. How to Participate: Members must answer the trivia questions posted in the group during the Quiz period. Each correct answer qualifies as one entry for the prize draw.

4. Prizes: Three winners will each receive a 3-month membership to Cotton Club Crafts. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all correct entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

6. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified by DM on Facebook within 7 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. Entry Conditions: By entering this Quiz, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Quiz and these terms and conditions will be governed by [Your Country's] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country].

8. Data Protection: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the [Your Organization] website. To read the Privacy Policy, [insert privacy policy link].

9. Changes to the Quiz: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Quiz and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Quiz will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

10. Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Quiz. The Promoter is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
