Terms and Conditions for WIP Wednesday Contest
1. Eligibility
1.1 The WIP Wednesday Contest ("Contest") is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees of Cotton Club Crafts ("Organiser"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
2.1 To enter the Contest, participants must:
a) TAG @cottonclubcrafts in their Work In Progress (WIP) posts on Instagram and send the post to @cottonclubcrafts via direct message.
b) and/or participants can share their WIP in the Cotton Club Crafts Facebook group, on the dedicated post.
2.3 Multiple entries are allowed, but each post must be unique.
3. Contest Period
3.1 The Contest begins every Wednesday at 12:00 AM and ends every Wednesday at 11:59 PM (local time).
3.2 Winners will be randomly selected and announced every Thursday.
4. Prize
4.1 Each week, one winner will be selected at random to receive a cross stitch chart.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
5.2 Winners will be announced on the Organiser's Instagram and Facebook profiles each Thursday.
5.3 Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they used to enter the Contest.
5.4 If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Use of Entries
6.1 By entering the Contest, participants grant the Organiser the right to share their WIP posts on the Organiser's Instagram and Facebook profiles.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property
7.1 The exclusive cross stitch chart provided as a prize is the intellectual property of Cotton Club Crafts.
7.2 The chart is provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Cotton Club Crafts.
8. General Conditions
8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion.
8.2 The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Sponsor
11.1 The Contest is sponsored by Cotton Club Crafts. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
By participating in the Contest, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
