When will my order be dispatched?

Most in-stock kits are usually sent within 1–3 working days, but some brands take a little longer.

You can find estimated dispatch times for each brand on our Delivery Info page.

If your order includes multiple brands, it will be sent together once all items are ready.

How can I check if my order has been shipped?

You can check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

If it says “Fulfilled”, that means it’s been posted, and you’ll find your Royal Mail tracking number there too.

How long will delivery take once posted?

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes:

Royal Mail 48 – around 2–3 working days
Royal Mail 24 – usually 1–2 working days

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

Why hasn’t my order been dispatched yet?

We stock thousands of kits and work with multiple suppliers, so while many kits are ready to send straight away, some are brought in to order.

Each product page shows the expected dispatch time — and we always stick to that wherever possible.

On the rare occasion a supplier experiences a delay (or a kit takes longer than expected to reach us), we’ll email you to keep you updated and let you know the new expected dispatch date.

Do you ship internationally?

We can only send international orders via eBay using their Global Shipping Programme.

This handles all customs and taxes for us, which keeps things simple for us.

Refund or Returns

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, of course! We hope you’ll love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. You can find full details, including timeframes and exclusions, on our Returns & Refunds page.

What if my order arrives damaged or something’s missing?

Please get in touch as soon as possible so we can put things right for you.

Payments & Gift Cards

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cotton Club Crafts gift cards.

Can I use a gift card and a discount code together?

Yes, absolutely! Gift cards can be used alongside discount codes.

Loyalty Points

How do I earn loyalty points?

You’ll earn points every time you shop with us, and sometimes through special offers or activities we run. Your points are automatically added to your account when you’re logged in at checkout.

How do I redeem my points?

When you’re ready to use them, log in to your account and click the pink rewards icon at the bottom of the page. From there, you can turn your points into a discount code to use on your order.

Can I use loyalty points and a discount code together?

Unfortunately not — our system only allows one type of discount per order. You can use your loyalty points or a discount code, but not both at the same time.

Do loyalty points expire?

No, your points don’t expire — you can save them up and use them whenever you’re ready.

Help And Advice

What if I run out of thread (or something’s missing from my kit)?

Each brand we stock includes their own contact details inside the kit for situations like this. If you’re missing a thread or need a little extra to finish your project, the manufacturer will usually be able to send replacement threads directly to you.

The Stitchers Circle is our friendly stitching community with exclusive charts, stitch-alongs, and extra perks like a 10% discount on kits. It’s a lovely place to stay inspired and enjoy stitching throughout the year.

I’ve just joined – how do I access everything?

You’ll receive a welcome email right after joining with a link to the Vault, where all your exclusive charts, stitch-alongs, and bonuses are stored.

Can’t find the email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s still not there, just email me and I’ll resend it.

Stitch-Alongs (SALs)

How do Stitch-Alongs work?

Each Stitch-Along is released in parts. If you join while one is running, you’ll get access to all the parts released so far, and each new one on its release date.

Where do I find the charts?

All Stitch-Along charts are stored in the Vault. When you join, you’ll receive an email with your login details and direct access.

Do I need to keep up with the schedule?

Not at all! You can stitch at your own pace and catch up anytime — there’s no deadline or pressure.
