Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, absolutely.
There are no contracts or minimum terms, and you can cancel whenever you wish. If you cancel during a Stitch-Along, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, but you may not receive all future Stitch-Along parts if your membership ends before they are released.
Are previous Stitch-Alongs included?
No. Previous Stitch-Alongs, including Woodland Wonders, Sea, Sand & Stitches, Pumpkin Patch Gnomes, A Very Merry Stitch-Along, Twilight Awakens and other past events are not included in the Stitchers Circle Vault.
However, your membership does include access to over 80 exclusive cross stitch designs in the Vault, along with any new designs added during your membership. You'll also receive access to the current Stitch-Along taking place during your membership, plus all of the other Stitchers Circle benefits.
Do I need to buy a project pack?
No.
Project packs are completely optional. If you already have fabric and threads in your stash, you're welcome to use those instead. Project packs are simply available for members who would like everything supplied for them.
When will I receive the Stitch-Along parts?
The Stitch-Along parts are released according to the published schedule and are made available in the Vault on the release dates.
How do I access the designs and Stitch-Along?
Everything is available through the Stitchers Circle Vault. You'll receive details on how to access it when you join.
